Survey Processing
While we would recommend that most financial institutions have their surveys returned directly to their own local address, there may be circumstances where this is not possible. You may choose to have your surveys returned directly to our survey processing center for input into the database.
We have developed a special "exterior" for the survey with our return address. You simply use this exterior with our address and the surveys come directly to our processing center. Contact us if you wish to consider this method and we will e-mail it to you. You may use it with either the standard questionnaire interior or the custom version version of the survey which you may download from here.
