Financial Client Satisfaction Index
Imbedded E-Mail Invitations
A very good way to improve your response rates and communicate with your customers about your desire to increase their satisfaction levels, is to send them an e-mail with an embedded link to your site (pointing out the survey there); or an embedded link directly to your online survey.
It is easy. All you do is compose your e-mail (see suggestion below) and embed the online survey link there under your "click here" phrase.....
| Dear Valued Customer,
Your satisfaction with our service is very important to us here at First Any Bank. We are constantly reviewing our efforts and have discovered that the best way to improve is to listen to our customers. We welcome the opportunity to have you give us feedback. To help us improve, please take a moment and complete our online survey. Click here to go directly to the survey. Or you may go to http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=FABT In addition, you may visit our website at ___________________________ and click on_________________. After completing the survey, please click the submit button at the bottom. Thank you. |
| Note: It is advisable to keep your e-mail very short. Also, test before sending to make sure your links work. And follow appropriate "permission" practices regarding e-mails (i.e. if people have "opted out" don't send it to them). |
Note that the embedded and visible string includes the "organization code" you selected during sign up. For more information on the use of the "organization code" and linking your site, see "Linking Your Site".
