Financial Client Satisfaction
If you have your own website, we recommend that you create a link from it directly to your on-line questionnaire here at FCSI. Your customers will click on the link and go directly to your survey. If your site uses frames, this allows them to complete the questionnaire without completely leaving your web site.
( If you are a multi-bank holding company and more than one bank will share a web page, please read the special section below regarding linking your banks.)Here are some suggested "link phrases" which you might use to click (hyperlink) to your online survey:
- Please rate our service
- Give us feedback
- Please rate our service
- Satisfaction survey
- Rate us
- Score our service
- How are we doing?
When you register for the service, you will pick an abbreviation (my_bank_abbreviation) for your bank. For example, if your name is "First Any Bank and Trust", you might pick the code "FABT".... or "First".... whatever you like. To link your online survey to your Home Page, you simply create a hyperlink between a phrase like "Please Give Us Your Feedback" to the following hyper link:
http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=FABT using your code. If you click on either one of these links, you will be taken to our "test bank's" online survey. Simply substitute your code for the FABT. That's it!
If you work in pure HTML....
The following HTML code (or link string) will link your web site directly to your questionnaire:
<a href="http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=my_bank_abbreviation" TARGET="_blank">Please rate our service _or similar phrase_</a>Button
Also, you may use the image here (or any image you like) rather than a "link phrase". Just copy this little button (right click...copy/paste) onto your Home Page and link it to your online survey using your organization's abbreviation http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=my_abbreviation. That's it.
Again, If you are using pure HTML........
<a href="http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=my_abbreviation" TARGET="_blank"> <img Src="http://www.clientsatisfaction.index/images/FCSIRate.gif"></a>Again, highlight the above code by depressing your left mouse button just before the - <a - see code above, continue to drag the mouse over the entire line, keeping your finger depressed on the left mouse button. Once you reach and have highlighted the final </a>, lift your index finger and take your mouse up to click on the E dit Menu (above), pull down by depressing your left mouse finger and highlight the word - Copy - - release mouse button. Switch out of your browser over to your html (ascii text) editor program (Microsoft Windows' Notepad
always works). Find the home page of your web site (or wherever else you want this to appear), and place the link to your FCSI survey in a visible area of this page. Test the page by opening in your browser. Of course, it will not actually access the questionnaire until it has been uploaded to your server. If all looks well, your are ready to upload (FTP) to your host server for one final test to be sure links are working properly. We expect you will do fine, but should you have any problems at all, don't hesitate to ask for our assistance.
You may also embed the "link string" in an email you send to customers inviting them to fill out the survey.
Dear Valued Customer,
Your satisfaction with our service is very important to use here at First Any Bank. We are constantly reviewing our efforts and have discovered that the best way to improve is to listen to our customers. We welcome the opportunity to have you give us feedback.
To help us improve, please take a moment and complete our online survey or go to http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=FABT
Thank you.
For more information, see E-Mail.
POP-UP Advisory to Customers
You may insert the following Pop-Up advisory to your customers, if you wish, by simply adding "&p=1" to your link string (e.g. http://www.clientsatisfaction.com/survey.asp?n=FABT&p=1
Financial Institution Holding Companies
If you are a holding company and share a website (e.g. First Financial Company; and First Financial of Hamilton...First Financial of Middletowm...and First Financial of Fairfield), you will need to sign up each organization separately (see sign up form) and give each one its own "my_abbreviation". This will insure that each bank has its own on-line questionnaire.
You will also need to put a separate "link" to each bank on your website. For example:
"Rate First Financial Bank-Hamilton"
"Rate First Financial Bank-Middletown"
Or, you may prefer to put "Rate Your Bank's Service" on your home page; and link it to another page which has links to all of your banks.
Your website designer can help with this process using the above linking protocols. If you need help, contact us.
Targeted Poll or Quick Survey
To get instant feedback from your website users, you can deploy one or more of our Targeted Polls on your site. Here is how they look:
This little Poll Box will pop up when your client clicks a link of your design. For example, you might put a link called
Please rate Our Site on your home page. When your clients click on this link, a small Poll will pop up like the one above. You can then see the results instantly from the FCSI Member page. These can Targeted Polls can be put anywhere on your site and you can have more than one in operation at any one time.
