This website was constructed as a "do it yourself" facility. The satisfaction survey form ( in various formats) is available for downloading; and instructions exist to ensure that users construct their sample correctly and enter the data into the database. Once the data is entered, a variety of preconstructed reports are available in the Member's Area to show results. A complete User's Manual is provided to guide subscribers through the process.

To support subscribers who wish additional assistance, we have made arrangements with a variety of resources who are available to perform various functions in the process. Among these are:

• Complete outsourcing of survey process on ongoing basis
