Financial Client Satisfaction Index
An outstanding feature of the Financial Client Satisfaction Index are the different formats generated by your completed survey data. You will receive a CHART, a GRAPH and a TABULAR REPORT. Utilizing the different formats will enhance your ability to find solutions in the varying areas requiring your attention.
Formats as follows:
Chart. All of the attributes are represented in individual charts which allow you to compare your results with national averages, state averages, or any combination of segmentation criteria you choose. You may change these criteria with easy-to-use pull down menus and see the results instantly. You may look at individual charts. Or you may look at all charts simultaneously. This will help when comparing your performance scores to the importance scores customers place on attributes!
Graph. A time line graph is available at the click of your mouse. These will allow you to chart your progress over time; and to note the areas most in need of your attention.
Report. You also have the option to generate tabular reports. These reports show all of the attributes and your scores in an easy to follow format. These are especially good as backup or "addendum" to the charts and graphs.

Printing You may print any of the charts, graphs, and reports anytime you wish. Just click on the chart and "Print" as you would any document.
