Shortcut to Questionnaire Download Page
The FCSI questionnaire is simple and fast to complete. It achieves 5 research goals and produces an abundance of actionable information and insight into your customer's likes and dislikes about your bank and its operation.
Your customers may complete your questionnaire in one of two ways. Those with access to the internet can fill it out on-line right on your bank's website! It is highly recommended that you promote this method to your "web savvy" clients.
In addition we suggest you distribute a card stock or paper survey. We provide these for you to download and print. Click on the hypertext below to view examples of each format:
Traditional Card Stock
(Paper) Distribute and collect in your lobby or via statement stuffer or direct mail. You have choices to make depending upon how you elect to distribute your surveys. See Choosing and Deploying Your Questionnaire. We recommend quarterly updates and presentations to the same group of executives who review your quarterly financial results.Upload Templates. On Line Survey
Saves you time and valuable resources as customers answer while on line. You simply create a link from your website to the digital, on-line survey form. Please note that the On Line Survey also includes a special set of "website satisfaction" questions. These questions appear below the general bank questionnaire. You may also create a hyperlink to this survey and imbed it in an e-mail to customers.Customization of Questions You are provided the extra flexibility of developing up to 5 custom questions for your bank.
