Lobby Box

Lobby Box You should have a receptacle in your branches to collect completed questionnaires. You can make one yourself from an empty carton or small "in-box" tray or order the one depicted here.

If you have only a few branches, the one shown here might be a nice touch. If, on the other hand, you have many branches, it might be more economical to use an inexpensive "in box" or a shallow cardboard box  with a small tent card.

This Lobby Box is a standard product of the Blouin Company. You may order it directly from them.

We have also prepared artwork for your Lobby Box receptacle, which you may download and print. Click here for download instructions.

The Lobby Box is a large, black acrylic model with an angled 8 1/2" x 11" sign area for your insert serving as the front face. The sign holder functions as a slide-away cover that latches to the back of the 11" tall by 9" deep box. A 7" long x 1/2" deep top slot allows for the accumulation of many entries. Mounting pocket available.

Deployment

The boxes should be placed in visible locations within the branch, so that tellers and platform employees may refer customers to them.

You should also place the questionnaires in other locations within the branch, such as on check writing stands, and at the teller windows.

The boxes should be highly visible when you are collecting questionnaires. Some organizations may chose to have the boxes and questionnaires available and visible at all times. Others may prefer to bring them out only while the branch officers are passing out the questionnaires....the "Survey Days" or "Survey Hours". Either way can work. What’s important here is consistency.

Please read Conducting the Survey.
