Financial Client Satisfaction Index
The purpose of the
Financial Client Satisfaction Index website is to allow member organizations to conduct surveys among their customers and to compare the results of those surveys with the combined results of other member organizations. The operators of this website and any affiliates, agents or successors, agree to maintain the privacy of all individual organization data submitted to the website; and not to disclose the individual results of any member organization to anyone. The operators will, however, combine the data from individual members to produce and publish industry averages; and to publish articles and information regarding these averages.
